계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내

몽로그는 사용자가 직접 계정과 데이터를 삭제할 수 있도록 앱 내 삭제 기능을 제공합니다. 앱 사용이 어려운 경우 이메일 요청도 처리해 드립니다.

1. 앱에서 직접 삭제하기 (권장)

iOS / Android 모두 동일한 단계로 처리됩니다.

  1. 몽로그 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
  2. 하단 탭에서 내 정보 → 설정으로 이동합니다.
  3. 회원 탈퇴를 선택하고 안내에 따라 확인합니다.
  4. 요청 즉시 계정이 소프트 삭제 상태가 되고, 이후 자동 로그아웃 됩니다.
7일 복구 기간이 있습니다. 탈퇴 요청 후 7일 안에 동일한 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 데이터를 복구할 수 있습니다. 7일이 지나면 아래 표에 따라 영구 삭제됩니다.

2. 이메일로 삭제 요청하기

앱에 접근할 수 없거나 직접 삭제가 어려운 경우, 가입한 이메일 주소로 다음 정보를 포함해 요청해 주세요.

영업일 기준 7일 이내에 본인 확인 후 처리하고 회신해 드립니다. 본인 확인이 완료되면 위 앱 내 삭제와 동일한 절차(소프트 삭제 → 7일 후 영구 삭제)로 진행됩니다.

3. 삭제되는 데이터와 보관 기간

4. 계정을 유지하면서 일부 데이터만 삭제하기

개별 꿈 기록은 앱 내 기록 화면에서 항목을 선택해 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 단, 계정은 유지하면서 모든 데이터를 한 번에 일괄 삭제하는 기능은 현재 제공하지 않습니다. 전체 데이터 삭제가 필요한 경우 위 1·2번의 회원 탈퇴 절차를 이용해 주세요.

Account & Data Deletion

Monglog lets you delete your account and data directly from the app. If you cannot use the app, we also accept deletion requests by email.

1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

The same steps work on both iOS and Android.

  1. Open Monglog and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings from the bottom tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm when prompted.
  4. Your account is soft-deleted immediately and you are signed out.
You have a 7-day recovery window. If you sign back in with the same account within 7 days, your data is restored. After 7 days, data is permanently deleted as shown in the table below.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address you signed up with, including:

We verify ownership and process the request within 7 business days. Once verified, the deletion follows the same flow as the in-app path (soft delete → permanent deletion after 7 days).

3. What gets deleted and retention periods

4. Deleting some data while keeping the account

You can delete individual dream entries directly from the History screen in the app. However, we do not currently support a one-click "delete all my data while keeping the account" option. If you want all data removed, please use the account deletion flow above.
